
Chinese online ticketing platform Maoyan Weiying has filed on Monday for an initial public offering in Hong Kong under the listed company name Entertainment Plus, according to its prospectus. The company is planning to raise US$1 billion, according to media reports citing insiders. However, the official financial terms remain undisclosed.
